Aasimar Oracle favored class bonus?

Did this one change?

at D20 under the Oracle it mention
"Aasimar Add +½ to the oracle’s level for the purpose of determining the effects of one revelation."

while under the Aasimar it says
"Oracle Add +1/6 to the oracle's level for the purpose of determining the effects of one revelation."

Any confirmation for which to go by and why it is saying differently at the 2 areas?

I've long been considering how I should go with my "Jack of all trades" Oracle and stumbled over this one long ago as potentially really powerful for some revelations(Still ould have liked to have seen how the character would have turned out had it become hwat it could back 3 years ago when I first had the idea ^^', though i do realize that the character wasn't focused enough on anything and would risk being worthless.

Yup, nerfed into oblivion. Was it way too good? Yes. Should it be next to useless? No way in the nine hells.

When did that happen again, and what rebuild option was given resulting from that change?

It was part of the errata for the Advanced Race Guide which was released July 29, 2015. I'm not sure what a rebuild option is, so I can't help with that.
