Ganzi, worth sacking two races boons to acquire?

Advice

After GMing a convention this past weekend, I have the option to combine two race boons (tiefling and aasimar) to make a Ganzi. While it would give me a unique race to play, Im not seeing that this as a good swap. Part of my concern is there are no alternative race traits or favored class bonuses for Ganzi. The other part is that tieflings and aasimars are highly useful and customizable.

Am I missing something?

Nope. That was my analysis as well.

That would be neat! Ganzi are a cool race, and unique. Then again I just like proteans.

I don't have many boons, or I'd offer a trade. :(

Well, mechanically Quibble is an incredibly nice ability for a caster. Ganzis would make very good Sorcerers, I believe.

Quibble is nice fore anything, and they have good stats for Sorcerers, Kineticists, Oracles, Bards, and summoners.

Sonic Resistance is rare and cool too.

They'd make a nasty dual-cursed Oracle :P

The Exchange

I don't think it is a very good race because of lack of material. It is pretty unique though.

Indeed, lack of material is a significant concern. As Paulicus noted, dual-cursed oracle is amazing for them and sorceror is generally good, as well. That said, they're a bit thin compared to Aasimar/Tiefling and I'd rather have those boons until more material comes out for Ganzi.
