Seeing as you need to create your own code conduct as an Iroran Paladin, I came up with this to be both Iroran and Lawful Good in morality. Does it work?
- True evil only exists within ourselves. Vanquishing evil lies not in slaying demons, but on conquering our personal challenges.
- There is limitless potential in each will. Every sapient creature can attain perfection through self-imposed discipline. For this reason, respect is due to every creature.
- Do not prey on the weakness of others, and forbid this conduct from others. There is only to lose in exploiting the meek - it only fosters your own dependence on the vulnerable. Tyranny and despotism impose hardships on the unwilling - while these can help the weak strengthen themselves, they do not lead to self-perfection, as it can only be undertaken by one's own volition.
- Welcome those who wish to undertake the path to enlightenment. Share the teachings to those who are ready and willing - but remember this path is their own, and your wisdom can only initiate them on this road.

The only one that doesn't jive with me is: Do not prey on the weakness of others, and forbid this conduct from others.
Typically Irori isn't about telling others what to do. Each must find their own path to enlightenment and all that. I would make it more about setting the example than forbidding others.

There actually IS a stated code for Iroran Paladins in Inner Sea Gods. I'm not sure that copyright allows me to post it here, but there definitely is one.
No there isn't -- I have read the Irori section of Inner Sea Gods many times.
However, Paths of Prestige does have a code of conduct for the Champion of Irori prestige class that you could use for the Iroran Paladin if you want to.

Iroran paladins meditate on self-perfection and train relentlessly, knowing that their example can inspire others to excel. Irori offers no universal paladin code— each paladin in his service creates his own code as part of his spiritual journey, seeing the adherence to such a self-formulated creed as one of the many tests one must face to reach perfection.
from the Iroran Paladin archetype.

No, there isn't. There is the code set in the Iroran Paladin Archetype in Inner Sea Combat, but there isn't one in the Inner Sea Gods entry for Irori.

Looks fine to me. For more inspiration, look at this Iroran Paladin guide. It has advice at the end for the paladin's custom code.
