The opening text of Manyshot says, "When making a full-attack action with a bow". So, no you can't use it with a gun.
Any feat that specifies its weapon can only be used with that weapon.

No, because it literally can't work.
- Crossbows that aren't the double crossbow can't physically hold two bolts at the same time.
- As for double crossbows, they already do what Manyshot would allow whenever both chambers are loaded. Good luck loading them, though.
Loading one chamber is a standard action, reduced to move by Rapid Reload, and to "free, but see below" by Crossbow Mastery. Loading both chambers is two standard actions, reduced to two move actions by Rapid Reload, and then to one move action by Crossbow Mastery.
