WOULD A CHOSEN ONE BE ABLE TO USE THIER SILVER FIRE TO RESTORE MAGIC IN A MAGIC DEAD PLANE IF THEY WERE TRICKED INTO USING A GATE TO THE PLANE?

THEY CAN USE THE SILVER FIRE TO RESTORE MAGIC TO A MAGIC DEAD AREA FROM OUTSIDE THE MAGIC DEAD AREA BUT WOULD THEY BE ABLE TO USE IT INSIDE THE MAGIC DEAD AREA?

I am going to temporarily ignore the obnoxious caps, and try to help here.

Forgotten Realms is not covered in Pathfinder. There is no rules to cover this.

This is much like asking how Pathfinder rules handle Federation Class Photon Torpedoes, or levels in Jedi.

You will get nothing.

Depends.

Do you think Mystra's chosen ones to be marie sueish? If so well, yes I can see that working within a magic dead area too. They are the chosen of Ed Greenwood and Elmister is their prophet after all...

:P

IN OUR GAME, MY FELLOW PLAYERS AND DM'S FREELY USE PATHFINDER AND DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS MATERIALS, WITH PATHFINDER RULES OVER RULING D&D WHERE THEY HAVE DIFFERENCES SUCH AS SPELLS AND SUCH.

OUR GROUPS HAS BEEN PLAYING TOGETHER SINCE 1980 AND ALL THE VARIATIONS OF D&D(EXCEPT 4TH), AND ENJOY PATHFINDER!

You have to turn off the Caps Lock.

Seriously.

Indeed. This isn't a question on Pathfinder rules, it's a question seeking suggestions on how GMs should handle Pathfinder rules in their homegames.

Q: How do Pathfinder's rules interact with THAC0?
A: Ask your GM.

I GUESS THEY CAN DO IT? I DUNNO, MAN, I DON'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT THE FORGOTTEN REALMS AND ITS DEITIES AND THEIR GRANTED POWERS!

I PROMISE MY CAPS LOCK KEY ISN'T BROKEN, I SWEAR

THACO GOES WAY BACK AND IS NOT PART OF 3RD EDITION! AND YES MY CAPS LOCK IS BROKEN AND OR STUCK SO I AM NOT SHOUTING. BUT IF YOU THINK THAT A COMPUTER TYPING IS SHOUTING AT YOU PUSH MUTE, PROB SOLVED!

3RD EDITION IS VERY CLOSE TO PATHFINDER IN ALMOST ALL RESPECTS.

ARE WE NOT HAVING A CONVERSATION?

ANYWAY, IF YOU WANT TO BE TIED DOWN TO ONLY ONE GAME WORLD IN A FANTASY GAME THEM HAVE AT IT. THERE ARE MANY GOOD SPELLS IN D&D THAT ARE NOT IN PATHFINDER. MANY COOL GODS, MAGIC ITEMS, AND PERSONALITIES!

I find parsing your full-caps posts to be physically distressing for my eyes.

Please stop.

Please.

EDIT: Oh, and the Pathfinder RPG rules forum is for questions relating to the ruleset of the Pathfinder RPG. I guess you could try the 3.5 part of the forum for these sorts of questions, but a Pathfinder rules question your post is not (since as repeatedly noted, Forgotten Realms is not PF).

Alright, let's take this seriously, just for a moment.

Silver fire is a (Su) ability granted by the goddess of magic. No, it won't function on a plane where magic doesn't work.

Problem solved.

I take levels in Jedi all the time. It's called magus with mage hand and charm person. Your weapon? Brilliant energy, flaming, acidic, vorpal. longsword.
