So, I got a surprise.
I got a replacement for my copy of the latest AP adventure. It was a pleasant surprise and I am thanking Paizo.
A little background
Previously the postal worker had left my envelope outside on a very rainy day. The envelope (and hence the AP adventure) was drenched. It had some water damage. I didn't blame Paizo, but I was upset at the USPS.
I did not expect to get a replacement for free.
Imagine my surprise yesterday when I went to check the mail, opened my Paizo package (with the new Module) and inside was another copy of the latest AP Adventure.
Thank You Paizo!

Agreed; I've never had anything but stellar experiences the few times I've needed customer service.

Ya know, I was done buyin' books, but then they went and released that Occult Adventures. Now, since I have a nose for conspiracies, they shoulda known I couldn't help but buy it. But, bein' a four-legged aminal, i can't afford a whole lot- those Paizoers should know that. I had to scrape up all the bones outta my dawghouse and sell 'em to pay for this book. Paizo knew this all along! Therefore, I call CONSPIRACY- to make me go broke!
Sheesh, this is more trouble than a dawg should ever have to go through!

Got a replacement AP volume once when the first one shipped with a big bend in it. I've only had stellar experiences with Paizo customer service.

Yeah Pazio is awesome...before I subscribed to the various lines I was ordering stuff when I had the money. When I ordered Blood of Fiends they made a mistake and sent me Varisia, Birthplace of Legends instead. I did not mind because I was planning on getting that anyway but I figured I would let them know anyway so they correct that glitch...they told me to keep it and sent my Blood of Fiends for free. So yes Pazio is awesome.

I agree; Paizo's customer service is great. But let me throw a shout out to Dreamscarred Press', as well. I had an Ultimate Psionics book come apart and they sent me a new one within the week. Great folks in both companies!
