I have a question about giving orders to an animal companion.
Is that to give an order to an animal with ability Handle Animal with DC 10.
But, I do not know if this applies to the animal companion of a druid or ranger.
My question is. if I send my animal companion attack I throw handle animals to obey me?

Animals are just that. Animals. If you have an ability to increase their INT, then they rise above normal animal capabilities. Druids normally do not make their animals smarter, but they do teach them extra tricks.
The Handle Animal DC is just a 10. Out of combat, your druid can Take-10 and get the animal to perform a known trick 100% of the time. In combat you cannot Take-10, but even at 1st level with only 1 rank and class-skill bonus, you're +4. I hope you didn't totally dump CHA.
Also note that some things are basically automatic - you shouldn't have to use Handle Animal to get your AC to do stuff like defend you or defend itself. Those kinds of things are basic instincts for the animal. Getting it to NOT kill a threat might be harder, and certainly getting it to do fancy stuff requires Handle Animal.
"Sending" your animal companion to attack (in other words, it's not clearly a situation of defending itself or you) should require a Handle Animal check, unless you're sending it to attack a natural enemy or its natural food (doesn't take much "handling" to convince a lion to attack a gazelle).
Some of this situational stuff is really up to your GM, but how I just laid it out is pretty much in line with the skill.
