Investigator and Minor / Major Magic

Through the use of the rogue talent investigator talent, an investigator can pick up the minor/major magic rogue talents. Which version of the talent does he use: the unchained rogue or the regular rogue?

I feel like I've seen this addressed, but for the life of me I can't find it.

regular, unless something says it's unchained it's the regular, AND ACG came out before unchained.

No

Without the feature giving you the choice saying you may take "unchained" choices.

By RAW, you pick the Rogue talents of the CRB Rogue. However, in a home game ask your GM. Minor/Major magic in particular is how it should have worked all along.
