I don't quite understand how it works from here...

Well, according to the "X" Columns, I survived all 5 culls. But my item has not been seen today.

Best of luck everyone.

No more culls. From here on out the votes will determine the final rankings for all remaining items. The Top 32 move on to round 2. #33-36 will be on stand-by to take the place of one of the Top 32 should one of them be disqualified or withdraws for whatever reason. They should act as though they are in the second round and make a map, just in case.

In a few days, Paizo will release a list of items that ranked #37 to #100. Normally these would have been considered for judging. But with this year the votes being the only determining factor, it's really just an "Atta boy." Everything else that survived the culls should feel proud of that accomplishment, but failed to break the top 100.

Do those 32 top items get commented on by judges like in past years or do they just directly go to next round without any comments?

I'd assume they would get critiqued since there are open call judges, but I'm not sure so just checking that.

There will be critiques, though the organizers have said it may take a few days as they don't get the usual lead time they've had in the past to go through them. Plus everyone else can comment at will.

The judges will comment on those items. There is some speculation they will not make comments on every item before the reveal, but I suspect they will be 90% done by then. :)

I also suspect that a few of Top 32 after each cull are pretty consistent.

I hope the judges comment on the top 100, actually. That'd be nice. :3

Would be wonderful, but hard, and a bit much to expect even of the voluminous and erudite Spicer-San.

The great and powerful God of Kinetisists has come through with behind the door feedback before this is true. Should we supply honey and virgins? Or, does he take AmEx?

Alright, I have a better understanding now. My item is still floating around so thought I might want to get it sorted in my mind how things worked. Thank you!

I've been away for a few days without internet, so I haven't been voting as much as I would have liked, but I am incredibly surprised and happy that my item was able to survive all the culls. I may not get into the Top 32, but my item made it this far and I can be happy about that.

Can't wait for tomorrow! Good luck to everyone
