Multiple site crashes. Its hard to vote more than two or three times before site times out.

I have a feeling, with over 200 entries, that this has a lot to do with first day voting than anything else.

Yup! Voting will become much easier once the initial flurry of activity dies down.

It seems like it was particularly harsh this year, but it looks like it has settled down somewhat already.

Indeed my biggest complaint about RPGSS is that the servers, which are not the most reliable already, can't handle the volume when voting starts.
