Ghost Rider and Order of the Paw?

Can a Ghost Rider follow the Order of the Paw? If a Ghost Rider's mount take the form of a wolf does that still qualify? This is for PFS.

I'd say yes. It does specifically say you can get a wolf phantom as your mount.

It also says the GM can approve other mounts too.

There is only one set of stats for the Ghost Rider's Mount.

It comes with hooves.

It's still a wolf, even if it's ghostly form has transformed paws into hooves.
