"Blood of Life (Su): A spelleater’s blood empowers him to slowly recover from his wounds. At 2nd level, while bloodraging a spelleater gains fast healing 1 (Bestiary 300). At 7th level and every 3 levels thereafter, this increases by 1 (to a maximum of fast healing 6 at 19th level). If the spelleater gains an increase to damage reduction from a bloodline, feat, or other ability, he is considered to have an effective damage reduction of 0, and the increase is instead added to this effective damage reduction. This ability replaces uncanny dodge and damage reduction."
This is an example, but if a Supernatural ability gives an Extraordinary ability, would they both be considered Supernatural? Or would they retain their individual types?

The ability gained is considered EX, I should think.
However, the only time I can think of where this would be relevant would be something like an anti-magic field. In this case, the anti-magic field would "turn off" the supernatural ability that grants the extraordinary ability, and thus you would lose both.

This is important due to the interaction of the healing with traits like Sandpoint Faithful and Fast Healer Feat.
I consider it a SU (magical) source that grants access to a EX ability that specifically describes itself as non-magical healing. Thus it wouldn't stack with those above mentioned options.
Do trolls regenerate in an AMF? Yes their regeneration is an EX ability, but if you cast a spell granting the same ability (Regeneration 5), it would be cancelled, even if it were called Troll Regeneration as the magic granting it is cancelled.
This is conjecture, and there are differing opinions on the subject that to my knowledge has never been definitively settled. Talk with your GM about it in advance and let him/her know what you intend so they can make a good call for their game.
