So i am a person who likes to use the very obscure dieties and demigods when i make a character, however when i go through and search for them i find that alot of ones that are demigods have a listed title but dont have the rest of the deific portfolio. For instance what if i wanted to make a character who didnt worship Pharasma, but instead worshipped the psychopomp usher Ceyanan, The Shepherd? Am i precluded from playing a divine caster? Am i able to be a cleric but have no domains or favored weapon? Do i pick domains from their "parent diety" Pharasma? Or do i pick domains that fit the god? I am hoping you guys could help clear this up for me. :)

This is custom territory so it is pretty much up to your GM to dictate how powerful a lesser deity is. A good compromise would be to make a smaller portfolio that stems from the patron deity, and have the favored weapon be the same or similar and not distinct without a significant justified reason.
My personal intuition is those things don't exist because the deity isn't powerful enough to have portfolios or grant spells yet.

This is entirely in homebrew territory. I'd assume Ceyanan is about the same power level as an Empyreal Lord, which means you get 4 domains and 4 subdomains to choose from. I'd go with Death (Psychopomp), Knowledge (Memory), Repose (Ancestors), Animal (Fur). Probably the quarterstaff for a favored weapon.

Ceyanan was just an example, i mostly just wanted to know what you are supposed to do with ones like this, so this is just homebrew territory then? Ok, that is good to know. :)

Is this a possible situation to use the "pick two domains" thing clerics can do?
Again, that's up to your GM. For myself, If I use a god in my setting, he , she, or it, will have domains set up.
If the question is for Society play, then you MUST use one of the specifically allowed gods.
