Question: Filling in two lines per scenario completed before 2015 / 07 / 20

Ultimate Intrigue Playtest General Discussion

I would please like some clarification. The way it is worded it sounds like by doing 6 scenarios before the 20th that you qualify for all 11 lines of boons. Is this correct? And if not, what is the point of doubling the lines?

Thankies. ^.^

The later lines need to be filled out via playtests at certain minimum levels; so there's a bunch of level 1 lines, but there's some level 3, level 5, and level 7 lines as well. If you've got a GM credit baby that's starting at 5 or 7, you probably don't have to worry about it, but it's an issue you need to plan for if you're starting at 1.

There are two playtest phases--really, three, but two remain. The first phase ends the 20th and that's the primary playtest feedback period. After that point, I understand they'll still check out playtest feedback, but it will have less of an effect on the final design. So they're trying to reward us for giving them useful feedback early.

If you play a Vigilante and / or GM for a Vigilante at the appropriate level scenarios specified on the Chronicle sheet and apply the credit to the Vigilante before the 20th, you would have access to all four boons (4 lines worth.)

Any Vigilante play (or GMing for a Vigilante) between July 21 and August 17th still contributes to your progress for the Chronicle, but at the rate of one line per scenario (module) played / GMed. It gives a bit more wiggle room to finish up the Chronicle.

As I read it, you get to fill in lines after every session played or GMed of a Vigilante (if the character you are playing/applying credit towards is of that level). If there isn't a line, you miss out a little.

If you do a session before the 20th, you get 2 lines for the price of 1!

Otherwise, until August 17th, you get 1 line.

After the 17th of August, you cannot earn more rewards.
