Will this AP requires any extra books?

Anyone knows if this AP would requires extra books?(like the Wrath of the Righteous or Iron God's AP)

All of our APs draw upon other books we publish; this one is no exception, but it won't rely NEARLY as heavily as Wrath did on Mythic or Iron Gods did on the Tech Guide. Both of those support books were put up on the PRD for free because of that. There's not really a book that's that heavily integrated into Hell's Rebels.

How useful will Blood of Fiends be for players? This seems like a good opportunity to finally play a Tiefling.

Tieflings are generally treated like second-class citizenry throughout Cheliax, so this AP presents a great opportunity for tiefling PCs to stand up for themselves. Thus, Blood of Fiends is the perfect book for tiefling PCs.
