So the character is going to be a Kitsune going straight Unchained rogue with the Rake archetype who fights unarmed. Also I am explicitly trying to NOT multi class, from what I can tell there is a single possible exception which would be taking a level of unarmed fighter the same level I qualify for perfect style, so I can then get Untwisting Iron Strength without meeting the prerequisites. Unless there are better options than that. I'm looking mainly for feat suggestions here, as I REALLY don't this guy to multi class, and I don't want magic items suggestions as I don't like relying on those two much. If they make me better at what I can already do fine, but if an anti magic circle shutting down all my magic trinkets means I suddenly can't do anything rather than just, well I'm a little worse off, I'm not interested in that set up.
THIS IS A PFS CHARACTER
Here is the stat block with racials included with the leveling bonuses mentioned on the side but not included.
Stats
Str 10
Dex 18 (2nd and third stat boosts will go here)
Con 14
Int 13 (first stat boost will go here, need 13 for combat expertise anyway so why not more ranks)
Wis 10
Cha 12

Just a heads up, you do know that unarmed strike is 1d3 damage, right? As you're not a monk. Your avg damage by level 3 would be 5.5/punch, so I understand that you want to bypass DR or hardness.
And you don't want to depend on Amulet of Mighty Fist? You may as well get it anyway.
Other than that, I'm not really aware of any. Monks and brawlers gets this in-class and any general feat to ignore DR would be staple for anybody else already.
Though if you can skip the Rake archtype and instead pick Scroll Scoundrel, you'll get to skip DR and Hardness 5 by level 10 on one attack/round.

1. I'd still recommend a dip into Snakebite Striker. That'll up your damage to d6, give you SA, and if you go a 2nd level you gain flurry. (not to mention full BAB/2 good saves/d10 hd etc) Actually - you gain 1 extra HP if you make it your first level, though you could play the 1st as a rogue and then at 2nd retroactively say that the Snakebite Striker level came first.
2. Take Pummeling Style ASAP. It doesn't get you through DR, but it does let you you only apply it once to the entire round's damage. Not to mention helping with crits. (Though the latter isn't hugely valuable for you as SA isn't affected.) If you combine Rake with Scout (they do combine) you can eventually get Pummeling Charge to gain a full attack on the charge which also always gets SA on every swing.
3. Why do you want to go unarmed anyway? It's a rather bad combat style unless you're a monk or brawler.

There are backstory reasons plus I think it'd be fun. He isn't going to be dealing tons of damage all at once, with debilitating injury, belier's bite(?) for bleed, and some other stuff he is going to just slowly wear you down if it's one on one, as he is goin to be pretty defensive. With other party members the debuffs and pestering should be appreciated.

Take the Minor Magic rogue talent (acid splash, disrupt undead, or ray of frost are usually decent choices) and then Major Magic for stone fist. Then you can ignore hardness less than 8 for 1 min/level twice per day.

Can you use Variant Multiclassing? If so you gain improved unarmed strike and a monks unarmed damage at your character level -2 at 3rd level. I realize you don’t want to multiclass, but variant multiclassing is just trading feats for class abilities of another class. You don’t lose any class abilities from your main class.

You don't want to rely on an AoMF, but even armed characters rely on magic weapons do get through DR. Also, in the case of antimagic field the enemy DR is shut off too (except DR/- and weapon types but it applies to everyone) so it's not a real problem.
Hardness is a problem for everyone, but getting Stone fist as a talent can help you in this.
