Some time ago, someone linked to a feat for Bugbears that allowed them to do all sorts of creepy horror movie type things, while remaining in stealth.
I've been looking for it ever since but I can't find the damn thing.
Can anyone help me out with this?

I think you're thinking of the bugbear spell, Isolate (can't find a direct link to the spell, but on this page).

Classic Monsters Revisited is the book you are looking for. It has the feats scent of fear and sow terror.

That said, if anyone has other spells or feats that would improve on this sort of character, I'll happily check it out.
