Good morning guys!
I got a short question about the Memorable trait.
It is stated that "Whenever you create a fear or mind-affecting effect that imposes a penalty or bonus with a duration of at least 2 rounds, it lasts 1 additional round after it would normally end."
Does this additional round refer only to Diplomacy / Intimidate or does it extend every fear or mind-affecting effect, for example extending the round for the spell Hideous Laughter?
Greetings,

They look like separate sentences to me, so spell effects should be extended.
However, it can be read in a manner that says only the bonus or penalty is extended without any other effects the ability may provide.
I find it to be poorly worded, as most [fear] effects (as well as Hideous Laughter) impose conditions which carry penalties. RAW, I'm unsure if this indirect penalty counts for Memorable.
Penalty: Penalties are numerical values that are subtracted from a check or statistical score. Penalties do not have a type and most penalties stack with one another.
RAI, this likely works. However, I would not allow it to also extend HL after a successful save. (also, would it extend the condition, or just the penalty?)
