Memorable + mind-affecting spell / effect

Good morning guys!

I got a short question about the Memorable trait.
It is stated that "Whenever you create a fear or mind-affecting effect that imposes a penalty or bonus with a duration of at least 2 rounds, it lasts 1 additional round after it would normally end."
Does this additional round refer only to Diplomacy / Intimidate or does it extend every fear or mind-affecting effect, for example extending the round for the spell Hideous Laughter?

Prehensile Hair

Good Evening!

I got some questions regarding the Prehensile Hair skill of the witch.

Prehensile Hair:
The witch can instantly cause her hair (or even her eyebrows) to grow up to 10 feet long or to shrink to its normal length, and can manipulate her hair as if it were a limb with a Strength score equal to her Intelligence score. Her hair has reach 10 feet, and she can use it as a secondary natural attack that deals 1d3 points of damage (1d2 for a Small witch). Her hair can manipulate objects (but not weapons) as dexterously as a human hand.

1.) Regarding the Touch Spells in Combat rule, I can "prepare" a touch spell as a charge and then deliver it with an natural attack. As far as I unterstand, if I attack with the Prehensile Hair and it's my only natural weapon, I would have a the full BaB + Int-Mod? Or how do I unterstand the "with a Strength score equal to her Intelligence score." sentence? What about other skills like grapple. Will there also be used my Int-Mod?

2.) Okey, what I want to know is, if I can deliver a touch spell simply by touching an opponent with my hair, similar to touching him with my hand.

3.) As I want to create scary Witch Doctor with a high Intimidating skill, I want to take the following feats for my hair:
Weapon Focus (Hair) + Dazzling Display
Is this combination possible? I was thinking about activating my cool hair to Intimidate all foes within 30 feet range, but I wasn't sure, if I can use these feats this way.

4.) Only important, if question 2 and 3 is yes!
As stated in Weapon Focus (Hair) I gain +1 BaB while using my weapon (hair). If i deliver a touch spell through my hair, can I add this Bonus BaB for calculating against the target's touch AC?
BAB + strength modifier + size modifier + Weapon Focus (Hair)?

5.) Last but not least and only important, if question 4 is yes!
Can I "shoot" range touch spells through my hair and getting the bonus bab from Weapon Focus (Hair)?
BAB + dexterity modifier + size modifier + Weapon Focus (Hair)?

Okey that's all for my first thread in this forum. I hope, my questions are all clear, otherwise just ask. :)
