This is not for PFS.
So my delightful winged marauder, Twitchy, had a blast (literally) playing through We Be Goblins. She likes singing songs, riding around on her giant vulture, Fluffer, and getting into trouble with her goblin buddies. Her goblin gang is getting back together for WBG Too, and she now has 3000 to spend on herself. I would love your recommendations!

Of that 3000, I have spent 50 g for scribing costs for her formulary book.
I am considering Boots of the Cat for 1000g and a mithril chain shirt for 1100g.
However, I'd also like to have some fun one shot alchemical items, potions and maybe a wand. All wands purchased have to be 50 charges, 750 g by GM fiat. So, no partial wand shenanigans like the ones found on the goblin pregens.
In Twitchy's party we also have:
- A Feral Gnasher Barbarian, her mate, Ronk
- An Archaelogist Bard
- A druid / shaman with a slug companion and a slug familiar
- A fire sorcerer

Wand of Cure Light wounds, if no one else is getting it. Also, get a Hybridization Funnel and Formula Alembic for sure. If someone else is getting the wand, get a 1st level Boro Bead instead.
Unfortunately your vulture doesn't seem to have the strength to support you with armor (13 Str) so I'd go grounded and have the vulture flyby attack/drop stuff on them, using one of his pet tricks. Alternatively, you could go unarmored on his back, getting mounted before the start of each fight.

If you run into weight issues... grab a Wand of Ant Haul. You can activate it and your companion will have no weight issues. Arguably, you can do this with just infusions... I still can't figure out how Sipping Pet is somehow better.
Anything that can extend your bombs range is great. On my Winged Marauder, I went with Explosive Missile as my 4th level discovery. I've been building up my bow since then. Probably the best thing to do is just save up your $$$$ and increase your Int.
PS - your stats seem really low. Goblins get a fat +4 to Dex... It looks like you've neglected to add that in?
