Issue with Core Character not being, well, Core.

First off, thank you for everything you do. Customer Service is part of what makes Paizo so awesome.

I have a character (PFS # 1824-14) that still doesn't show as Core. Is there anything I can do at this point?

Was it originally created as a Core character or was there an issue sometime later?

It was originally not core, but before the first session was reported it was fixed. Then I didn't look anymore because I thought it was fixed. So it's my bad for not following up... is it possible to fix?

I have a core character (Thora Kor) that was registered from the start as core but due to some early glitches between your system & GM reporting she was somehow inadvertently switched to standard. She has only ever played core games. Could this please be rectified? Thank-you.

Betsey, please send a request to customer service with the character number, your PFSID and the event ID/session where you're character was incorrectly converted (if you know it).
