Area efect inside vehicles

I have question

Example: "Sodier A is inside a tank
enemy wizard cast a fireball o burning hand, angainst the Tank"

My question is "¿The area efect,(reflex save)can damage the Soldier inside the Tank or not?"

Is there line of effect? (Open windows, open doors, spell doing enough damage to the window to destroy the glass, etc)

Rules question, not PFS question.

And, IIRC, Fireball includes instructions on obstructions in the AoE, and what happens if the Fireball does enough damage to blow through the obstruction.

Fireball has an area that is a spread. So, if the hatches are open, it can get inside if the distance isn't too far. If the hardness and hit points of a barrier are less than the damage of the fireball, it can continue on through and damage the target.

Burning Hands, on the other hand, is a cone-shaped burst. It can not go around any corners to get to the target. It also says nothing about bursting through barriers, so it cannot go through. Full cover protects the target.

Si es una emanacion (el efecto puede pasar por paredes) si afecta las personas a dentro del vehiculo. Si es una propagacion (como fireball) tendria que ser una entrada para pasar (o hay reglas si hace bastante dano). Si es una explosion (como burning hands o channel energy) tamien require una entrada para pasar pero si la persona tiene "full cover" no le toca. (Sorry for the for editing, not on a computer where I can do tildes and accents quickly, hope this helps some words I'm not 100% sure so I went the most similar ones I could think of)
