I don't know if I'll get to playtest this, but I want to go through the process of trying to build a concept. Hopefully helpful for our friendly Paizo staff!
The concept: NE Kitsune wins friends over with his mild-mannered TN alter ego, gets them alone, then kills them and eats their liver. Because changing between the two is five minutes, we'll have to meet up with them in vigilante mode disguised as mild-mannered mode. Plus, if we're caught, we can ourselves to be an imposter posing as us.
The build: Warlock seems the coolest thing to play around with. We'll be taking the Mystic Bolt for a spin, mimicking the ghostly blue flames of Dancing Lights.
Point buy: Warlock uses Int, but we're out to make friends and murder them, so Cha and Dex are pretty important. 10/16/12/16/9/14 doesn't sound too bad, with Kitsune Magic boosting any Enchantment DC by one.
Feats and Talents: This doesn't do anything fancy until level 4, so we've got our second level talent open. We can take Arcane Striker (Does that apply to Mystic Bolts? They're very fuzzy on "weapon-ness") for bonus damage, or we can take Concealed Casting. Again, making friends, so being able to drop a Charm Person on somebody without them noticing is pretty cool. Pity we can't do it in mild-mannered mode*. As for feats… well, we want to do ranged stuff. We don't get to have fun feats for a while. 1st is PBS, 3rd is Rapid Shot. (We're working alone, so we don't need to worry about where our allies are and so on.) The nice thing is that in the meantime, we've got full martial proficiencies and can use a longbow. At fifth, we can finally take something fun! Either Realistic Likeness (for flexibility of identities) or Arcane Strike (which we passed up).
How's it look? Well, at fourth we get two shots per round at +5 against touch, or one at +7 for 1d6+5. We've got six cantrips we can use, plus three castings from a list of four prepared 1st level spells.
Feedback: At least for Warlock, there's something urgent for every talent beyond your first for quite a while. It'd be nice to get another talent at first level. It isn't good for any of the powerful stuff, but it'll mean being able to get some of those low-level picking that would be passed by otherwise. I did pass on probably the strongest first talent- Familiar- for character reasons, though, and I realize how that extra talent could cause dip issues.
*Wait- we don't really need Charm Person much in mild-mannered mode. We automatically improve starting attitudes of indifferent to friendly after being in town for a week. Nice!
