The Transformative Vigilante utilizes the ability to change into fanciful or monsterous creatures when they transform into their vigilante self.

The vigilante has X amount of evolution points to spend for when he is in his vigilante form. He does not change what he spends these points on at any time except he may change things after a level, much like a summoner. These points increase per level. (((Not worded well, but the point is still here)))
Thoughts on this theme? It would mimic certain superheroes like the Hulk.
