Ok, so I made a post previously and have taken a lot of the info into consideration. I'm trying to fine-tune my gameplan so here is what I'm thinking so far...
I mostly need help with what feats to take. I'm pretty sure what ninja tricks I'm interested in but absolutely clueless on feats. Also, I would like to know what magical items you guys would recommend. We will be involved in a lot of shady things.
Character Sheet: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=1064815
lvl 1: Weapon Finesse
2: Combat trick: TWF
3: Realistic Likeness (Kitsune feat: allows to disguise as anyone I've seen)
4: Vanishing Trick
5: ?
6: Fast stealth trick
(Kitsune favored class for rogue gives 1/6th rogue talent, so I'm going to see if DM will allow ninja trick as it is an archtype)
6-2: Shadow Clone
7: ?
8: Sudden disguise?
9: ?
10: Invisible Blade
Soooooo yeah I have no clue what I'm doing lol. Basically just looking off of what sounds fun.

I'd probably take Vanishing Trick @ level 2. It's the signature ability of the ninja for a reason - it's awesome and the main reason to be a ninja instead of an unchained rogue.
Get a better Con score. Pretty much every character should have a 12 for HP & Fort save at absolute min.
Don't dump Wisdom - you'll already have issues with Will saves.
Int isn't that needed. You don't use it for anything but skill ranks, and ninjas get a lot of them base.
It looks like a 15pt buy (kinda rough for character with any amount of MAD - such as ninjas) - try something like this -
Str:10
Dex:18
Con:13
Int:8
Wis:10
Cha:14
- and then put each level-up stat into dex.
Take the Armor Expert trait as one of your two traits. It will allow you to wear studded leather or a masterwork chain shirt with no armor check penalty. You can also eventually get a mithril breastplate with no armor check penalty. (While you aren't proficient - you'd take a -0 penalty - so it's moot, allowing you to wear it and improve your AC.)
For feats - Weapon Focus is a good option. Ninjas have accuracy issues, so every little bit is useful.
Improved Initiative is good - going early is awesome for everyone - extra awesome when you have sneak attack.
At level 9 - grab Improved Two Weapon Fighting.
if you play that high - Vulpine Pounce is awesome, but a ninja doesn't have the BAB until level 14 I believe.
For items - you'll eventually want to make sure to get a pair of Deliquescent Gloves. They'll add to your damage, but more importantly they allow you to get SA with touch attacks against targets with really high AC who you'd otherwise have trouble hitting.
Finally - as general ninja advice (you probably already know - but I've seen a couple ninjas that don't) - rarely if ever use Vanish at the beginning of your turn for attacking. Use it at the end of your turn. Your next turn you'll still be invis for attacking, and during the enemy turn you're invis if they try to hit you.

I don't like the magical tail thing much since you have to go in a specific progression. The only ones I'd be interested in is charm, disguise, and invisibility. Other than that they would take up so many of my feats o.O
Cannot weapon focus. All drops are random so far in the campaign so remaining with duel wakizashi's hasn't worked out. Stats cannot be changed we've already started. I'm just looking where to build off from where I'm already at.
Will def try to get those gloves.
And no I didn't know that about vanishing trick. I've never played passed lvl 3 before so I'm very inexperienced :P

Disguise and Charm are the first 2 tails you gain from the feat.
So, yeah it is 2 more to get invisibility, which if you do not care about the tails after that, Vanishing Trick is tons better anyway. Course, Misdirection has it's own uses.
Also, note that the Tail gives you the ability to mimic Dwarfs, Elfs, Gnomes etc. Any Humanoid basically. Where as Realistic Likeness only permits Human disguises.

First of all, if the GM allows retraining go Unchained Rogue. Weapon Finesse for free and dex to damage are just too good, nevermind the superior tricks and overall utility. Major Majic trick cqn get you Vanish and the standard (cast) over swift action (ninja trick) isn't so bad since neither of them play nice with TWF anyway.
If that isn't an option or you want to keep the ninja theme going, then your build is okay. Consider picking up Toughness and Iron Will to compensate for your low Con and Wis. Not being able to get Weapon Focus will hurt, but if you manage to find some decent daggers (is there any crafting in the party? At least buyable weapons with special materials?) Then worsbipping Pharasma and taking Deific Observance gives you access to a daily ritual that gives +2 to hit with daggers.
But seriously UC Rogue is amazing. The right Tricks and just being a kitsune will cover a lot of the eastern flavor.

Where as Realistic Likeness only permits Human disguises.
Can i get a FAQ/Errata for this? Because the feat itself says this
You can precisely mimic the physical features of any individual you have encountered. When you use your racial change shape ability, you can attempt to take the form of an individual, granting you a +10 circumstance bonus on Disguise checks made to fool others with your impersonation.
emphasis mine, by the feat alone you can use it to transform into any individual you have encountered, there is no limit to humans ;)

Changed your bold to my point. The racial change shape ability ONLY permits human form.
True, the Realistic Likeness feat does say you can take the form of any individual with no mention of race restriction.
Guess it wold come down to the GM, and a more permissive GM might say you can look like an elf with Realistic Likeness. That said, a more restrictive, by the rules as written, would tell you Human disguises only.

Ninja vs Unchained Rogue is very much a style issue -- they're both good. If what you really want to do is use all the ki pool iconic Ninja Tricks, then be a ninja.
If you do decide to go Unchained Rogue, then be sure and look at the Kitsune Trickster archetype, which will help you use things like Disguise and Bluff, and gives you Charm without having to do the Magical Tail.
