You ask about moving into/out of threatened squares, which is an odd question.
You provoke with any type of movement when you leave a threatened square unless the specific action you use says otherwise. The Withdraw action, the 5' step or using Acrobatics are the most common ways to avoid provoking
You don't provoke for moving into a threatened square.
Special powers/feats may introduce exception of course.

Careful... if they have reach, it provokes.
In all cases, jumping is treated like any other movement form... flying, jumping, walking, all will provoke if the conditions for AoO are met.
There are ways to avoid this, but jumping doesn't change whether or not AoO happens.
