I've purchased the NPC Codex Box and Inner Sea Pawn Box pawn collections for use with ACG (including future class decks, like the spoiled Druid).
I've been able to find all existing characters (through WotR and class decks), with the following exceptions:
Agna - Ranger - (apparently in the Beginner Box as a Fighter minus the boar)

Does anyone know if pawns for those are available anywhere? I am a terrible completionist.

Pathfinder Battles miniatures provide far more atmosphere...
The battles miniatures also don't solve the original problem of this thread, which is one for every playable card game character. Though hopefully the Iconic Heroes are selling well enough to support doing the non-iconic card game characters.
I play with a mix of the standees you (and I) created along with the Iconic Heroes minis that are available.
That is what I do as well.
When the current iconic heroes sell well, do we then get the remaining characters in one shot?
No one knows that but Wiz Kids (and whoever they might have discussed the product line with). But I doubt we'd get all the remaining in one shot. If by "remaining characters," you mean the ACG characters that aren't iconics, you are talking 31 characters that have been announced so far. (3 from the first 7 class decks, 2 from the next 4, plus Ranzak and Ekkie.) That would seem like a lot of miniatures, especially compared to the 6 in the current products.

I've been impressed with the quality of the Iconics line, and hope they continue it into other characters. I am definitely turned off by the variable quality and blind-buy aspect of the Pathfinder Battles stuff.
