Issues with order 3576894

Hi.
Been trying to place this order to ship ASAP, and have ended up I think with a genuine order and two empty orders.
I seem to be unable to get this to set up to ship straight away however - the order continually defaults to my sidecart to wait for my next subscription.
Please help!

Hi crazy_cat,

Sorry for any confusion with this! The "ship as soon as possible" button from the sidecart section has been misbehaving some. (The tech team still need to look at what the goblins are up to there).

I have given things a shove from our side to get it set to ship as soon as possible. You should get a new order confirmation email soon.
