is there any way to get a lemur devil familiar?

If not banned, there is a Discovery (True Name) that allows you to learn the true name of an outsider, binding it to your service. Just want to be nice to it, it it will start plotting revenge.

I had considered that, but I was hoping for more of an ultimate control thing.

It also has demonic masters who might dislike the treatment of their favorite lemure, and stupid or not, signs of abuse are still noticeable.

Lemures don't have an intelligence score, so there shouldn't be a problem with it overthrowing you. However that does make them immune to mind effecting effects
