Dragon Disciple doesn't help a bloodrager very much. The biggest draw of dragon disciple is that you can add some martial power to a sorcerer while still progressing your spell casting. But bloodragers don't get much in the way of spell casting, so it's actually kind of a waste.
The ability boosts are kind of nice, but honestly what you give up in the way of class abilities isn't worth it in my opinion.
You're better off just going straight bloodrager.
Also, Eldritch Heritage only has access to sorcerer bloodline versions. Not Bloodrager bloodline versions, which give different powers. Not sure if you chose that correctly or not, just letting you know.
And I'm not sure what you mean when you say your using the primalist ability to get the abyssal bloodline rage power. However, I'm fairly certain you can't do that either. You would need to have the crossblooded archetype to select powers from that bloodrager bloodline. And primalist only lets you select from Barbarian Rage Powers, not select things form other bloodlines.
Also, you don't need two weapon fighting feat. You look like your either using your claws (which don't get iterative attacks) and don't count for TWF or using a greatsword. As a greatsword is a two-handed weapon, you would not be able to use either of your claws because those hands would be on the sword.
I think there are a lot of rules you're missing or not understanding. Are you new to the game? If so please ask specific question when you don't understand things and the forum will help you out. However, I suggest you also take the time and read through the rules more thoroughly as you seem to have misunderstood a lot while developing this character.

Uhm. I don't think DD works well with bloodrager really.. Are you just after the extra always on dragon powers such as flight? cause outside of that always on wings you lose a fair bit. Less spell elvels (not terribly big deal i guess for a not primary caster) but you end up with elss to hitwith bab and str than straight blood rager i think.
Also if this is PFS i'm pretttyyyy certain you can't eldritch heriage the wyld blooded lines.. if home game be sure to ask first.
also.. why Two weapon fighting if your using a great sword?
can't claw while using the great sword.. i guess you could bit and sword but that isn't TWF either.
if you drop TWF might want to look at blooded arcane strike in Advance Class guide

Dragon Disciple does not mesh well with Bloodrager. A lot of classes from the ACG do a very good job of replicating old prestige classes and making them full classes, and a draconic bloodrager really plays like a much better dragon disciple.
Primalist ca be useful depending on your bloodline choices and what you actually want to use. Also your Primalist rage powers have to come from your bloodline class feature.
The best use of the Primalist is usually to just get the beast totem stuff so you can have natural armor and pounce, though the claws are redundant with the dragon's claws, so you might be able to give those up for it, not sure how the rest of the powers would work though.

You can't give up the draconic bloodline claws - you can only trade bloodline abilities for rage powers starting at level 4, and the claws are the 1st level power.
The ACG also included bloodrager bloodline abilities as blood rage powers, so that barbarians can take them. You are only allowed to take one set of blood rage powers, but there's no clear restriction against a character with a bloodline (such as a primalist bloodrager) taking blood rage powers associated with a different bloodline. However doing so has some disadvantages compared with Crossblooded. The blood rager powers are generally less powerful than the bloodline abilities, and have higher level requirements, so you end up swapping your primary bloodline abilities for lower-level blood rage powers (eg your level 8 bloodline ability for limited level 1 and 4 powers) and you can only take up to the first three powers, in order. This means for this particular build that you get two* redundant sets of claws (abyssal and draconic), the abyssal resistances don't scale, and you can only use the Enlarge power 1/day, even if you bloodrage multiple times. I don't think it's worth it (in exchange for draconic resistance & wings?)
That's assuming you drop Dragon Disciple - I'm pretty sure that once you take the prestige class you're not allowed to use primalist to swap out the higher level draconic bloodline abilities the prestige class gives you.
*Actually, you get three sets of claws, but the ones from the sorcerer Abyssal bloodline via Eldritch Heritage at least can be used when not bloodraging so they're not entirely redundant.
