1- is there a way to make a character do a whirlwind attack at the end of a move or a charge?

2- is there a way to combine 2 weapons fighting with whirlwind attack?

thx

The Great Cleave feat allows you to move and hit multiple opponents. No exactly whirlwind attack but has a similar effect.

No answer to the fighting with two-weapons with whirlwind attack.

Well, if you used a Reach Weapon and a Close Weapon, say a if you were a Phalanx Soldier with the Pike and Shield ability, you can, according the text of the Whirlwind Attack Feat, make an attack against every opponent within Reach, and you would be able to reach all opponents within 10' with your Lucerne Hammer and all opponents within 5' with your Shield Bash. That's 2 weapons, although it's not what most people think of as 2 weapons.

If this were a Tripping character and say you were Tripping all your opponents instead of attacking them regularly--now with your whip and kama, I suppose--you would still be able to make any Attacks of Opportunity granted by Greater Trip and Vicious Stomp. Even though Whirlwind Attack prohibits "any bonus or extra attacks granted by other feats, spells, or abilities," Attacks of Opportunity happen out-of-turn, even when they happen in turn, and shouldn't count as such "bonus attacks."

But as I write, I am not 100% sure of this. I know there would be no such problem with Great Cleave, which is a Standard Action as compared with Whirlwind Attack's Full Round Action and does not prohibit bonus attacks and has a lower Feat tax to take. Great Cleave, for example, would work in conjunction with that Phalanx Soldier's Shield Slam Feat, allowing Free Bull Rushing with each hit, and she could also use her Spiked Destroyer Feat and make an Armor Spike attack, too. You have an ability to move with your opponents while Bull Rushing them, so if doing that brings some more opponents into Reach, you should be able to attack them, too.

Honestly, unless you have a particular character build, I just don't advise taking Whirlwind Attack. When should you take it? If you were planning on taking some levels in Monk or Brawler and take Panther and Snake style feats to draw extra attacks anyway? If you were planning on taking False Opening and already had a reason to take Doge and Mobility? Then you might as well take WA on top of that, but by that point, you are already very high level, so this should not be an important part of your build. The cherry on your sundae maybe, but certainly not your hot fudge and never your ice cream.

I still think if i use the tier 3 mythic champion path ability fleet warrior I should be able to use the whirlwind attack on the move.

I would think so.

Even one mythic tier allows you to spend a mythic point to do a base move, so you can do it at tier one, only limited to a number of times per day.

I advise against the recent posts, respectfully. Whirlwind Attack is an amazing feat for a Barbarian such as yourself, and is arguably one of the best feats ever.

And, you seem to know what you're doing already with TWF, although TWF and Whirlwind Attack don't talk to each other, they still are two fits that compliment each other very well. Whirlwind works on all enemies around you at your highest BAB, and TWF can selectively work on one target or more than one, depending on your situation. You got the crowd control, and at level 12 you'll be Pouncing at your enemies...That right there is a scary build to face. Don't worry about multiclassing to Fighter or whatever, stick with Barbarian and get that Greater Beast Totem.
