I can. Paizo will be doing that again with WotR, as confirmed here and here and sort of here and kind of here but that is more me linking to the previous link and Sharya confirming that my link is correct.

So if you cancel your base set and reorder with the character add-on, you should still receive all the promos.

Nice! I'm thinking Temptation of Big Die is probably a barrier. Kind of a press your luck kind of thing. It could be an item or spell, but promo boons usually have Goblin in the name or are based on actual things in the RPG (for example, Vomit Twin is a goblin spell in the Advanced Race Guide and Fire Sneeze is in Goblins of Golarion).

Now just waiting for the option to start my subscription back up with the Wrath Add-On Deck....

Well, I've got almost no knowledge of the Pathfinder RPG world, but some searching reveals this.

I'm not sure if that is based on some other artwork or not, but it would seem appropriate.

Yup. One of our favorite illustrations, and we just had to sneak it into the game somehow.
