Since Mlemke is posting in the RPG SS forum, and is a star voter, (s)he is probably asking about something else. There is no official guide per the title. Anthony Adam has built a guide. Sean K Reynolds has a design class.

I will be revisiting the guide shortly as I get back to my blog site, it needs a lot of updating with the new round 1 types.
The latest version can be found in the resources section of my semi annual blogging site...
It hasn't been updated since the competition started this year due to tighter deadlines, voting times and freelancing work - I will return to it shortly, once the competition winner is known.
I will be revisiting the guide shortly as I get back to my blog site, it needs a lot of updating with the new round 1 types.
