Since all Pummeling Style lets you do is combine your unarmed full attacks total damage into one number, it doesn't do much in this situation.
1)Your first punch (attack roll) is affected by Mirror Strike and can hit two bad guys. It also is apart of a Pummeling Style attack and it's damage against whoever you intend to be hitting with the rest of your full attack should be recorded, so you can add it to the final total
2) the rest of your attacks are resolved as normal, without Mirror Strike in the equation.

He's not talking about Mirror Image. And I'm not so certain it's literally one attack as far as every effect is concerned. For example, I don't believe you could use Arcane Strike on a Pummeling Style attack to get your extra damage on all of your attacks.
