TLDR:
We would like to have a meeting to discuss the new realities of life in Golarion (generally) and the North (Specifically). Said meeting might involve expanding, contracting, replacing or dissolving existing alliances and will happen no later than Saturday Morning Server Downtime.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

Can any Companyleader attend or just the leaders of the Company that leads a settlement? My Company is now a Banner (I like the name of that tab)under Callambea.
I think we'll start with anyone who has a concern about the administration of the North. If it needs to go private, we can do so.

If this is a Northern thing, why is it being brought up in the global Paizo forums for general consumption?
I have a leadership role in Tavernhold, and will attempt to attend if a meeting is scheduled at a time I'm available, but Bringslite does have ambassadorial status on our boards at www.tavernhold.com, and several of our other leaders are active there. For that matter, most of the Northern settlements have at least one ambassador on our boards, and I'll happily recognize some new ones if necessary.

Thanks, Ulf. The biggest issue is the number of people that have vanished or changed their patterns. A couple of groups were not answering emails, so I felt like an open call would have the best chance of reaching those who matter. If Bringslite hasn't made it to your boards, I'm sure the reminder is appreciated. He's handling a lot.

Brightlite has been PM'ing me and I have responded and passed onto Tavernhold. Our site has not changed since I joined in the Land Rush.
I suspect that the lack of response may be some of the smaller settlements have not come back. Ulf, Ravenlute, KarlBob, I and others (not sure what name GS uses here) have been active through Alpha. Tavernhold has been here.

We are very active on the Forgeholm board at [http://forgeholm.guildlaunch.com/. We moved from the Deepforge guildlaunch site as that was for a single company while the Forgeholm site is for the entire settlement including multiple Dwarf companies such as Deepforge.

Unfortunately, you've already missed the Friday, January 16, and Saturday, January 17, sessions of this meeting.
On a more fortunate note, the North is becoming pretty active. You should be able to find someone online most of the time, at least during peak US hours.

We will need to have another meeting at some point, but nothing is scheduled. In the meantime, the only real issue on the table was whether we should abandon the clause about whoever gets to a tower first gets to keep it, follow the widespread NAP, and turn the Free Highlanders into purely a trade/training/co-operation on mutual needs agreement
