Does something like this exist? The only one I could find online was from 2004. I'd really like to collect as many of them as I can. Can someone help me with this?

A lot can be found via OBS' filters.
Some of those are misclassified, though.
(similarly for 3.0/3.5 monster books.)

I think there are a couple of other books from Alluria publishing that are bestiaries, but I am drawing a blank on the names now

I actually just picked up monsters of Porphyra book. Its pretty good, and I noticed it updated a couple of monsters from Creature collection and other sources.

Honestly I didn't really even think that the Scarred Lands monsters were open content. Is that for other monster books too?

The names and backgrounds of Scarred Lands monsters are not open content but the mechanics themselves have to be.
