The above spell imbues a potion to your chest tattoo slot, but it doesn't say how to activate it, is it a standard action? Free action? Etc.
It also says it works like the Spell Tattoo but that doesn't say how to use it either?

The tattoo is a silent, spell completion item that only the bearer can activate. It vanishes when activated. A spell tattoo must be visible to the bearer and must be touched as part of its activation.

Activating a spell completion item is a standard action (or the spell's casting time, whichever is longer) and provokes attacks of opportunity exactly as casting a spell does.
So it is a standard action, that also requires a bare chest. (I wonder how many GMs enforce that part?)

So the author of that feat thought drinking potions were move actions.
Or the author was thinking of making a feat better than Fast Drinker [traits are supposed to be the equivalent of a half-feat, after all] and accidentally wrote Fast Drinker's consumption time as standard because Fast Drinker was in his head at the time.
