What action is used for a Tattoo Potion activation?

The above spell imbues a potion to your chest tattoo slot, but it doesn't say how to activate it, is it a standard action? Free action? Etc.
It also says it works like the Spell Tattoo but that doesn't say how to use it either?

Standard since it just alters where the potion is stored.

So it is a standard action, that also requires a bare chest. (I wonder how many GMs enforce that part?)

If the action is exactly the same as using a potion, does that then transfer to the abilities that accelerate drinking a potion? The Trait Fast Drinker makes it a Move Action and I know there's a feat somewhere that makes it a swift.

Reading the OP's links, it turns a potion into a "silent, spell completion item"(a scroll like item.)

Or the author was thinking of making a feat better than Fast Drinker [traits are supposed to be the equivalent of a half-feat, after all] and accidentally wrote Fast Drinker's consumption time as standard because Fast Drinker was in his head at the time.
