Tengu just trade swordtrained for 3+Int bonus exotic weapon proficiencies.

I believe although the alternate racial trait for Tengu is called "exotic weapon training" the ability specifically says:

Quote:
tengus choose a number of eastern weapons equal to 3 + their Intelligence bonus, and gain proficiency with these weapons.

So this helps you get proficiency with the nine-section whip, but not the actual whip.

I must say the "whip/scorpion whip" thing is the most unnecessarily confusing thing in the entire game.

What class is a scandalmonger? I can't find it anywhere.

*hangs head*

Started as inquisitor, but was looking at the better damage from sacred weapon from warpriest.

It's a concept/design versus an actual class. The idea of someone that goes and digs into scandals and takes careful notes, etc, so that the appropriate revenge may be carried out on behalf of the Savored Sting (Calistria).
