Pathfinder in Star Wars - Star Wars-EU already has creatures from other realities as part of it's canon (see The Crystal Star) so that wouldn't upset things as much as it might otherwise seem, though I'd imagine I'd be far, far more powerful. But then again, that'd be fun: living the full benefits of super-high tech and the full benefits of magic? Yes, please.
(That said, I wouldn't mind either way; it'd just be harder for a Force-user if there is no "Force", and impossible for a non-force user to replenish most anything they'd be familiar with.)

Goblins. Nasty as they are, they seem like they'd be more entertaining company to be around.

If metallic or gem (from 3.X) or non-evil imperial, dragon. If chromatic or primal or evil imperial, unicorn instead.
Would you rather be absolute ruler (like a King or Queen) of a very small podunk nation, or be a lesser (but still-wealthy) noble of a grandiose empire (like pre-collapse Chelliax or pre-collapse Taldor)?
A unicorn...I always thought unicorns were great...Damn Cosmo for telling them and all the other mythical creatures that Noah's boat was leaving the day after it actually left.

All the time in the world. What can I say, I never had enough time, and too many important things to do. Elysium of the Great Wheel always felt like a lovely idea to me.
Okay, the situation is this: You, as an evil dark lord, are tracking twelve different beginner adventurer parties. Each of them have slain the first goblin recruits you sent at them. You have more powerful minions, of course, but you now find you have to choose between focusing fire on a few groups, i.e. more likely to kill them but leaving others to their adventuring, or spreading out the pain and covering all or at least more of them. Which is it, and more importantly, why?

Assuming you know the location of each adventuring party: lead the weakest ones into death traps involving enemies disguised as the other parties. That way any of the survivors will only be helping your cause.

Xill eggs. I'd rather stay who I am and die than become a monster and hurt other people.

I'd rather roll low.
That way there's a chance that the GM will take pity on me and allow me a few rerolls or give me some boosting-items.
Point buy where I get less than the rest of the group would see me leave the group instantly.

Not play RPGs. RPGs are awesome, but living forever would allow me to do so much more good in the world that it's no contest.

Alkenstar Gunslinger...I think it would be more different that a Tian-Xia game...besides just finishing up a very long L5R game so I have had my fill of Eastern games for a while.

Daughter of Calistria; her domains include Knowledge and Trickery, so I think she would know what you’re up to but give you space, and generally encourage you to do your own thing. Cayden Cailean is just too much of a party-boy for me, and of all the things, who would you rather have give you “the talk” as a young person? *Shudders.*

Cleric of an empyreal lord, more freedom to define my character as my character, not his culture.

Assuming the standard pantheon is Golarion's, I'd prefer to make my own deity since I rarely play in Golarion. Designing pantheons for homebrew games is a lot of fun.

I'd rather create the deities for my own homebrew setting, it allows me to give the plot a bit more flavor (remember the crazy old man who gave the Kobold the big rock for saving him from bandits? Yeah he's the god of travelers, also the rock is now a +4 Holy Adamantine Warhammer of Bane Undead.)

Caster. If nobody has magic items, my magic is far more marketable.

It really depends on the objectives, levels, and men. But, barring any other consideration, I'd say "defend" - presuming all things are equal (outside of a really, really weird fort), we'd still lose terribly, but we'd make them hurt more for the conquest and thus be able to give a better showing of ourselves (in theory). Plus we could trap it all to heck and beyond (the thousand men would be less likely to be able to do so, because there are too many people; their numbers could work against them with the right traps).
Would you rather face a furious corrupted (thus evil) advanced solar with ten levels of agent of the grave and with the master of magic, swallow soul, and lifedrinker abilities as a final boss of a game, or Hastur?

The latter - that could actually allow more character concepts, while the former would be more restrictive.

Besides, zombies shuffle, have downright sinister BO and they tend to drop bits and pieces of themselves all over the realm.
