Changeling. Covens are fun, plus heterochromia is awesome.
In real life, would you rather own a ring of sustenance, or a hat of disguise?
Ring of Sustenance imagine all the money you can save by not buying food and drinks...and the sleep thing...I all ready only sleep about 4 hours a night...

Forge a kingdom. Hopefully of things that a human wouldn't normally get to meet- a place for the oddballs.

Receive a cursed dagger you cannot get rid of that will turn you into a LG female halfling when you go more then 10 feet underground, or receive a cursed dagger that compels you to try and convince everyone and everything you meet that it is actually a greatsword?

The halflinginator. If I go underground, that is massively practical, and switching alignment can always be a neat trick if you need to examine an issue.

1) Be turned into an outsider of your choice (CR 10 and below) while retaining your alignment and personality?

2) Be turned into a more powerful outsider (up to CR 20) of a randomly-selected alignment (your personality would change to fit your new alignment, but you are free to choose any appropriately-aligned outsider)?
The less powerful outsider - I'd be more likely able to be converted through various methods.

Be forced to draw from a deck of many things every day at least once, or have a cursed magical sword that compels you to run into battle against evil beings while shouting "I have the Power!" With a giant magical glowing arrow pointing to you with big bright letters writing "KILL ME!" Right above your head.

20th level. Gear can be bought, stolen, looted and bargained for. Levels take longer.
