I will copy/paste and then print the pictures from a module to use as "handouts" to show players.
Something else I will do, if I have the time, is remake the "premade" handouts (e.g. if the handout is a letter or note that the PCs find, I will type that out using a cool font and print it on real parchment and give that to the players). This works for online games as well, by adding a parchment-like background to the document...
I also like to have the maps printed as well, so I don't have to keep going back and forth within the PDF.

For me is more complex. Since we play in Spanish i need to translate all the handouts and then print it.
In the carrion crown, I wrote the entire dairy of the professor. Use the in covers images as notes from his travelings and researches.
Also, I wrote the entire novel in the middle pages as an adventure lived by petros).
Also, I wrote letters from npcs to petros, and attached to his dairy (most of them was guidelines to how to create some unique weapon, or use rare spells [Ravenloft Rehumatism, i.e.] and so).
I print all the maps, and rewrite the entire rule of fear because its lacks of descriptions at all.
The second diary they found in CC3, was made with prophecies, and so.

I have never printed a map, thoughts on the best way to do that so it doesn't look strange? i of course want it big enough for play but would also like it to fit.
Some of the Adventure Paths have threads where people have put together battlemat size map jpegs or pdfs for printing. I've used some of those to great effect in my Reign of Winter game.
Print out the individual pages, put a numbering system on the printouts so it is easy to assemble in the right configuration, and you only put down the currently relevant ones you have room for and it should work out well.

It is not so hard to do, all the pdfs are copypasteables (that´s the only reason that I buy pdfs adventures and not printed editions). Then with one or two hours, you can give format to the archive and fonts and so.
Ravenloft fonts in google and maybe there is not ravenloft, but you will find a lot of cool fonts :3
Diablo III provides an entire bunch of ministories that can easily attached to a handout (and there is copypasteable in some wiki fan there).
