So i had an idea about inquisitor character and one spell. First get a belt (undine chain belt or bandolier will do), attach bunch of familiar pouches to it and put animals in it - Armadillo, Centipede, Octopus and Owl (for poor man's version replace centipede and octopus with rat).
Now, get inquisitor that can cast level 5 spells. He gets animal out of the bag and punches it, then casts Divine Pursuit and gets Burrow 5ft (armadillo), Climb 40ft (centipede), Swim 30ft (octopus) or Fly 60ft (owl). Then he uses that speed to escape PETA.
Rat might not work, because this belt is CHEESE. On the other hand fly is lvl 3 wizard spell...
So i need an advice, what tiny animals have good burrow/climb/fly/swim speeds?

Wov......that spell has NO business being level 5. As a level 3 spell, I might buy a scroll of that, but I wouldn't take it as a spell known even if it was level 2.
You'll take it, and here's why: It is the ONLY spell option you have for flight as an Inquisitor.
I searched desperately for an alternative.

Sooo.....Inquisitors have to buy flight? Because this dog doesn't roll around until level 12 at the earliest.

A bunch of potions would work better than this. Burrow, Fly, Spider Climb and Touch of the Sea all exist already and wouldn't test suspension of disbelief the same way.
If you were determined on using this spell though I'd suggest keeping a bunch of tiny animated objects around. No familiar pouch required & if you're willing to pay for the additional CR they could have an arbitrarily high speed in any of these movement modes.
