"Whenever you make a successful charge attack while wielding a two-handed weapon in both hands, add two times your Strength bonus to the damage roll."
The answer is No.
Until you get to this ;)
Special: A monk can use this feat as long as he is wielding a two-handed weapon or both his hands are empty.
So, if you're Pouncing, you'll have to stick with either Unarmed(ie headbutt, buttslam, knee, elbow, etc) or Natural attacks - Unless you have Feral Combat Training, in which per Natural Attack this applies to, you can mix those with Flurry of Blows - though you still cannot add extra attacks to Flurry of Blows.
Since you'll only be able to get this with Unarmed Attacks(completely empty handed), you'll have to stick with that. I think for each Natural attack that you have Feral Combat Training, it would allow this Feat to apply to that one attack as well as your Unarmed Strikes.
Also, keep in mind depending on your form and what part of your body you attack with, it may or may not count as an Unarmed Strike per say of your GM. Work with him/her on that. Personally I adore the idea of a "Kung-Fu Panda" sort of deal.
Just so you know, I believe the damage from this "Charge"+Horn still only applies to the first strike - As it does with a Lance+Charge+Pounce+w/e in one of the FAQs on Cavaliers I think. At least, I think this is intended and implied by that FAQ. A second opinion or two is something I would seek just in case though. I'm pretty sure any +attack modifiers carry through every attack in the Pounce.

There is nothing in the rules as per RAW that it applies only to the 1st attack.
So if you are a druid with monk levels and feral combat training (Claw), and you Wildshaped into a dire tiger, Horn of the Criosphinx would add 2x your strength bonus to all your unarmed strikes + your four claw attacks that you made as secondary natural attacks while pouncing by RAW.
The Lance ruling only apples to the lance and mounted combat.
