I got a transaction decline on this order, i retried the same payment method because there is nothing wrong with the payment method, in fact i can see the funds held in my card. The issue is that i still see the transanction declide status in this order, is it a display bug or something that i still see it?

Looks like the first failure was just a hiccup somewhere between our credit card processor and yours, likely a server timing out or something. The second one went through fine but expired since we were not able to ship it within the time limit for the authorization. When it is being processed for shipping it should be fine.


It's been almost 3 weeks since i placed the order, i am really starting to worry.

Looks like your order is still just pending because of the delays that resulted from the Great Golem Sale. There is nothing wrong with the order that should keep it from shipping once it is processed, it is just a matter of when the warehouse will be able to reach it in the queue.

Yeah, i posted before i saw that thread, i didn't know that the effects of the sale were still causing issues.
