I'm a Dex/Wis Monk with:
Adamantine Elven Curve Blade +1 w/Keen 12k or so
Belt of Incredible Dexterity +2 4k
Feather Step Slippers 2k
Jingasa of the Fortunate Soldier 5k
Headband of Inspired Wisdom +2 4k
Cloak of Resistance +1 1k
Ring of Deflection +2 8k
I still have 10k left to spend. What should I put it towards?
"I think I'd rather use Potions of Mage Armor until I can flat out purchase Bracers of Armor +4... and I'm not sure if I want Amulet of Natural Armor or Amulet of Mighty Fists +X... as I will be using Unarmed Strikes(through Snake Fang) as frequently as my Blade. That's a tough trade.. and I probably should have mentioned that in my previous post. My apologies."

I'm guessing this is for a home game. If you will have a wizard or somebody of the sort, I'd seriously consider a first level pearl of power to get some Mage Armor going on. Your point about mighty fists makes sense.
If you're expecting to swap in a few strikes a round, you might consider Bodywraps of Mighty Strikes - they take a less exciting slot for a little less money but don't apply to all your attacks for the round. If you're expecting it to be on or off for the round, though, that's not a great choice.

You're going to play Rise if the Runelords with that character, no?
You did not ask, but actually I would not keen my weapon but always go for the enhancement bonus first. Boring, but effective.
Either way, your weapon costs exactly 11.080 GP (by the way adamantine is a very good investment imho).
At least take a cloak of resistance +2. Saves are important in all games, maybe not that much at your current Level in RotRL. But you get a lot for your money.
That is 3.000 GP spent, 7.000 left.
Next boring advice: belt of physical might (dex/con) +2 for Fort saves and hit points. (10k instead of 4.)
This leaves you with 1k + the rest of the weapon money for potions and other stuff. Hm, that seems a little bit low...
Buy some weapon cords (it seems they work with two-handed weapons. Now you are quite save from sunder/disarm).
Ok, those were obvious and boring choices.

You are Dex based, not Str right?
Agile Curved Elven Blade (Adamantine +1 Keen as well of course)
It is exactly 10k more
Additional option
Amulet of Mighty Fist (Agile)/Amulet of natural armor +1
Costs 7k, if your GM allows it, as it is not a normal item. There are rules for such an item however.
Ring of Protection +1 and Bracer of armor +1 with the amulet to hit 10k
