The problem with Breath of Life is getting a 5th level Cleric spell onto an arcane caster packing 6th level spells, or vice versa. Unless it's possible to have someone else cast your Contingent spell? I'd always read it as a no, but I could be wrong on that front.
There is Temporary Resurrection, to keep you upright until after the fight.
My own first thoughts didn't really work out because of the need for the spell to affect you. So no Contingent Baleful Polymorph, "When I point and say "Screw you", trigger this spell at the creature pointed at". That can be done with buff spells, for free action buffing in a tight spot, but it seems like there's so much more potential hilarity than that.

well, i'd probably have a few lined up for death, if i can make sure they're ordered properly
first, some spell that makes me explode
second, teleport teh corpse to some safe place
third, some kind of resurrection
fourth, maybe make me some food, being dead can make you hungry.
fifth, after i've eaten after dying teleport me back?
sixth, some sort of defensive spell.

Ordering them is easy. The second Contingency triggers on activation of the first, the third on the second, etc.
Of course, it makes you into very much an all or nothing kind of thing.
Bear's Endurance will only keep you upright if you don't have a +Con Enhancement bonus. At the point that we're already talking Mythic I kind of assume that's a given. There are other options though. If your GM lets Contingency tell what a 'lethal' attack is, a simple False Life would work. Or an Infernal Healing once you go negative. And, as mentioned earlier, Temporary Resurrection (though you need a CL21 for that, but that's what Ioun Stones are for).
I do need to find a self-bombing spell that works with Contingency. That's just funny, especially if you stack them.

1. Teleport to safety when near death (the whole "against my will" wording etc..) (For obvious reasons)
2. Heal after teleport. (For obvious reasons)
3. Buff self when I give a predetermined signal. Either vocal phrase or hand signal. (Maybe displacement or mirror image. A quick command and you're already up on your defenses)
4. Fly if drop more than certain amount of feet (or perhaps if I wave my arms in a windmill gesture). (in case sudden falls and whatnot)
5. See Invisibility / True Seeing when I clear my throat a specific way. (In case someone tries to slip away all invisible like.)
6. Protection against evil when I use my extended index and middle finger in a V sign, pointing at my eyes, then immediately at someone else. (Good for emergency don't dominate / suggestion me events)
I'd be tempted to switch one of these out for say Air Bubble if I find myself underwater or in poisonous gas / fogs. Something like that.

Detonate.
Set up 4 Contingencies for Detonate (one for each element, obvs), a 5th for Dimension Door (to take you to your opponent), and the 6th for something iunno maybe another Detonate
Triggered on the word "KAMIKAZEEEEEEEE".

Detonate. I like it. Since you're not getting the full half-dozen until the endgame. Though four Detonates stacking on a command word, Teleport to safety, and then a Greater Infernal Healing to get you back on your feet (assuming you think you'll have enough HP to survive all those Detonates).
Third Mind has some solid suggestions too. I like the Fly one especially, I hadn't thought of that.

prestigitation that pops up colored letters saying:
I'm a mythic adventurer you nimwit!
obviously triggered when someone fails to do one of those:
pick your pockets
ambush you
hit you
that is 3 easy contigencies right there.
also:
contigency to cast create food and drink when you wake up.
unseen servant commanded to feed you and then bath you and then dress you when the above contigency triggers
those are another 2
... and teleport when you are dying/dead/stoned/bored ^^

Off the top of my head? A 2 target Break Enchantments, Plane Shift to my private Demiplane, Dispel Magic on the Stasis Field inside my demiplane that keeps my Clone from decaying, Dimensional Lock on the area I just plane-shifted into, Limited Wish Heal spell.
Alternatively, I'd probably just stick a Limited Wish Heal spell triggered on unconsciousness and 5 slow-cast spells triggered by me saying a keyword (poor man's quicken spell).

Well considering how broken Craft Contingent Spell was in D&D 3.5 >.>
Here's what I remember from Keak roughly with some other stuff.
Refill my ring of counter spells with another greater dispel magic if it is empty.
Heal spell if I get critically hit.
Teleport to a safe place if I get knocked unconscious.
Breath of life if I get teleported due to a contingency spell.
Freedom of Movement if I get grappled.
Remove Blindness/Deafness if I get blinded.

Don't forget stone to flesh contingent on getting stoned.
What could you contingentize against disintegration?
A decent Fort save? Which is honestly really easy to get in Mythic games. Mythic Transformation is a pretty awesome spell.
Though that is a decent point-- are there any other specific SoD spells that you'd like to have a free counter to?
More generally, putting a handful of Dispel Magics up as Contingent Counterspells could be funny.

Contingency:
Greater dispel magic on anything that makes you loose control of your character.
Break enchantment or dispel evil for any mind control target
Greater invisibility when hit by melee
Air bubble when inhaled gases
Greater infernal healing and some DR when dropped to half health.
Spell turning when targeted by a spell.
Resist energy if you take 20 points of an element in damage.
Teleport is good but can actually leave your companions behind...its a double edged sword.
Tons of choices.
