Probably not a huge deal but my order seems to have been put therough and pending but I dont seem to have gotten a confirmation email.
It is a fairly important thing for me to look into. Thank you for mentioning it. I think it was due to your account getting processed right about the time it was running out of memory. I have manually sent you a confirmation email and I'm going to do some digging to make sure it didn't happen to other accounts. Thank you.

The Customer Service forums are not the right place to ask for preview images, especially in threads designed to keep customers informed of subscription shipping. Your request has been heard, but I have not been able to get to it yet in light of other priorities. I hope to have preview updates for Map Packs and Flip-Mats later today or tomorrow. Thank you for your patience, and again, in the future, please post such requests on the Product Discussion page.

Oh maybe I get to be in front of the queue for a change this time. My October stuff is shipping with this month's order (it had been returned to Paizo for reasons unknown). Let's hope!

Order spawning process is all done if you were expecting to have a December subscription shipment and did not have one generate please let customer service know as soon as possible by email, a new messageboard thread or by phone.
While the warehouse will not start shipping December subscriptions in earnest until tomorrow, I have told them that if an order slips into their queue with December products they should go ahead and ship it.

Oddly, I have not received my order yet. I think it's lost or something by UPS, as I receive the other package sent by you guys on the same dates.
Sent something to UPS via email yesterday, but received no response.

I've taken a look into your account and it seems that one part of your order (#3378216) is going a bit slower than the other. If I'm correct, you received the minis already but not the Adventure Pack or the Map Pack?
Taking a look into tracking info, it seems that the latter part of the order was processed by a facility on Monday but there have been no updates since then. Packages sent via Mail Innovations can sometimes take a little longer than anticipated to arrive, and unfortunately we don't have tracking information past Dec 8th. I would say to give it a little bit more time to allow it to show up, and if you still haven't seen anything by the end of next week, let me know and I will be more than happy to help get it figured out.
Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions in the meantime.

Thanks for looking into this! I really appreciate it (especially since it's after 5 your time). You were correct that I did receive the minis.
I will keep a look out for the package then! I suppose I'm a bit eager to see the map pack :).

We included a card in the subscription orders going out this month and also did direct mailing of cards as well. If your December subscription shipment did not get one, you can let customer service know and we can see if there is something we can do.

Warehouse is done with any December subscriptions that were ready to go. I'm going to check up on orders on Monday to see if there are stragglers that need rescuing.
I'm looking at my December subscription (order #3387157) and I don't understand it. Under tracking it says, "Expected to ship in 2 to 14 days."
When I follow the tracking link I got on 12/5, it says that the server at www.ups-mi.net cannot be found.
I don't really know what any of that means. Any insight?
EDITED TO ADD: I *did* get a Christmas card mailed separately from my order. :-)

Your order is probably fine. My order page says the same thing. And the ups-mi.net link worked earlier today, showing my package had shipped and had made it from one side of the country to the other. But ups-mi.net is not working now. I suspect the ups-mi.net site is having problem.
So, the info on the order history on the paizo site doesn't seem to have been updated when it shipped, but the email link should work once ups-mi gets their site back up and running.

Not sure why it still says the 2-14 days, I'm going to file a display bug for it. Its label was printed on 12/5. I'm not sure what day it went out but tracking picked it up on 12/12 and it looks like it is updating and on its way to you. Sometimes MI tracking takes a few days to kick in even after they received the package.

Yup! One of the items is taking longer to get from our distributor than anticipated. If you'd like to know which one, let me know and I can shoot you an email.

Tracking for Mail Innovations can take a few business days to kick in after they receive the package even though the tracking number is generated at the time we print the label for the package. If we print labels early (ie December 5th) and not all the batch printed packages leave until several days later, (December 12th), the tracking link will be dead until MI actually receive and process the package.
The subscription shipping process isn't as concise and easy to understand for customers as I would like recurring shipments and charges to be. I've been giving a lot of thought to how to continue to improve things over the last year and we'll see what 2015 and beyond holds. I know in the 5 years I've been here seeing the subscription process from the Paizo side we've drastically improved a number of aspects, even as we have had a few bumps in the road trying to keep up with demand.
December thankfully went fairly smoothly and January and February are shaping up to be a bit less hectic than August - November were. The warehouse feels they are almost completely caught up with customer orders and customer service is... getting there (we have 596 emails currently).
I'm going to go ahead and wrap this thread up. If you have questions about your individual account or a specific order, shoot us an email, start a new thread in the customer service forum or give us a call.
