Should have explained better....I'm doing synthesist...so hooves are out :P Amulet of mighty fists is a possibility....
Heart of the metal would be great...but it targets a weapon (not sure that would include natural weapons) and like SOOOooo many spells I want, is not on the Summoner spell list :(
It also looks like what I need is to bypass "hardness" in many cases...
I could certainly just train to use an adamantine weapon...but it kind of defeats the character concept.

Build your Evo suit on a bipedal basis and equip yourself with adamantine weapons.
This legitimately sounds like a fun idea for the Iron Gods campaign I'm running. You drink the fluids seeping from wreckage and find you suddenly have this weird space suit on that protects you.
Now...if I didin't consider synthesist summoners to be such a rules mess and annoyingly broken with stat choices it would be better. I'm also running the game so it doesn't matter much, I couldn't play it anyways.

If you are doing a synthesist, you can just carry an adamantine weapon as backup when needed.
Heart of the Metal isn't on your list, but UMD is one of your skills. Buy a wand or a few scrolls of Heart of the Metal. Use when necessary.
Just a big enough plus gets past DR, but I don't remember if it gets past hardness.
Increase general damage until a fair amount still gets through even if reduced by hardness. As I recall most of the things that have hardness or DR don't actually have a lot of hitpoints.
Trip, grapple, pin it until someone with a weapon can kill it.
Create pit is on your list. I think most of the things with hardness don't climb worth squat.

+4 Amulet of Mighty Fists will bypass DR/adamantine. AoMF is one of the best ways to go for a natural attack build since switching to a manufactured weapon can take a pretty big chunk out of your total to-hit and damage.
The enhancement bonuses from AoMF overcome DR in the following steps:
+1 - magic
+3 - cold iron/silver
+4 - adamantine*
+5 - alignment-based
* Note that this does not give the ability to ignore hardness, like an actual adamantine weapon does
So that'll get you more or less where you need to go.
