Ways to use alchemist weapons faster?

Advice

The rules state that it takes one move action to retrieve an item from a storage container. Then another full round action to prepare and Alchemist weapon for use. Then a third round to throw the weapon. At least from what I read in the rules.

Is there any way to speed up that process?
I know that a handy haversack makes the action to retrieve the item a move action with no attack of opportunity. Which is fine.

But is there a way to get rid of or lower the time on the preparation of the alchemist weapon?

The reference for lamp oil suggests that only some splash weapons require this preparation (which is wording & a table entry carried over from D&D; not a problem created by Paizo.)

To speed up the other parts play an alchemist with the Grenadier archetype, or a rogue with the Underground Chemist archetype.

As above. 2 lvs of Rogue-Underground chemist, allows you to draw alchemical weapons as a normal weapon (i.e. you can use it with the feat Quick Draw).
Grenadier archetype of Alchemist allows you to (the action i think changes as you level up? dont remember off hand) apply certain alchemical weapons to other weapons.

I had a alchemical weapon specialist alchemist before, but now he will have to dip 2 of rogue for it.

Those two are the main ways/archetypes for using alchemical weapons really. So read them both and see how they fit your design.

Scarab Sages

It makes them more expensive, but you can apply Kyonin Alchemical ammunition to darts or shuriken, allowing you to treat it as a free action to draw and throw. Downside is that not all alchemical weapons can be added to ammunition, cost, and you target AC instead of Touch AC.

"prepare to throw" is never used by anybody ever. Also, alchemical weapons are actually weapons, so you can put them in a bandoleer, draw them as a weapon (as part of a move action, or draw two if you have TWF), and move & throw every round. The only thing you can't do is use Quickdraw, because it's sloppily written and Jason Buhlman hates flask rogues.
