So..which of the seven Settlement types did you pick for your town?

If the negligent/indecisive settlements fail to choose should there be a default selection provided them?

I mean it would be a not-good-thing were everyone else in the game delayed because they didn't manage time well (or were sunbathing in St. Tropez with nowhere to put their cell)...

From what I am gathering, if a Settlement doesn't put in their response in time they are going to have a random selection assigned to them.

VVV Gaming knows about their settlement. There is a Settlement Template thread on their boards. Their leadership seems to favor Fighter/Cleric.

Those three settlements did make the deadline, even though it was a close thing.

I don't know about the others, but Tavernhold has 2 excuses:

1. Some of our leaders were affected by the "Can't connect to Goblinworks" issue in the wake of the DDoS attack.

2. We're Chaotic Good, and proud of it! Cutting deadlines close to the wire is totally in keeping with our alignment.

Sunholm had a pick submitted, but it wasn't submitted by our nominal settlement leader, hence our inclusion on the first list. We did get an official pick in eventually, but even if we hadn't we wouldn't have been left in the cold. Lee was good to us. :)

On Duffy's Political and Crafting Map there are 8 settlement that have not declared their choices, and I have not seen any of their members posting here or active on TeamSpeak (or similar communication channels).

There have been no official template declarations from EoX. Neither Gologtha nor Mystical Awakening have confirmed templates. Technically Callambea is an unconfirmed dedicated Crafting settlement. It is listed on Cal's Spreadsheet of Awesomeness, but this could be speculative.
