I have the same problem and have contacted the webmaster about it yesterday, but have received no reply thus far (see similar thread under "Website Feedback").
Like Jared, I would be grateful if Paizo staff could provide some updates/assistance regarding the problem.

It looks like your's may just be a lot for the system to handle at once. Since you had your stuff in the shopping cart while the sale was happening, I should be able to get it submitted through at the sale prices, but it will take some time to double check all of those prices or see if there is a quick solution for similar accounts. This will likely take some conferring with the Webstore Gninja who is currently fighting the ConKrud. So, we can get you taken care of, and should be able to do things at the sale prices, it may just be a little while before I can wrap that up.

PLEASE DO NOT PROCESS MY ORDER THROUGH "AS IS" -- I WAS PLANNING ON REMOVING SOME ITEMS AND CHANGING QUANTITIES ON OTHERS (AND ALSO WANTED TO CONFIRM SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE FINALIZING ANYTHING)!
If necessary, I would prefer that you delete it completely -- I could then start from scratch.

General quick general update: there does seems to be some kind of problem with the check out process and shopping cart. The team team has been made aware of it and should be looking into the problem as soon as they can. At the moment we have not figured out the exact nature of the problem. We are very sorry for any inconvenience with this.
That said, we do seem to be able to submit orders from our side, so if you want your order submitted, please let us know. For now, just post in this thread (something along the lines of "Please submit my shopping cart"), so I can try to keep similar problems in one place for data tracking for the tech team.
I cannot guarantee that we will get to it today, as the phones have been crazy and we're having a hard time keeping up with the messageboards/inbox, but we'll do our best.
Update: There does seem to be a specific problem with Print/PDF bundles, that looks like may take some time to untangle. Submitting those from our side is looking iffy as well, (does not look like they are adding items correctly) so we would prefer to fix that problem before trying to submit any of those.

Just so you know, I think the shopping cart problems may have to do with more than just Print/PDF bundles. I tried to create another order for 14 sets of FFG card sleeves (50 sleeves per set). I was able to proceed to check-out. The systems did not provide me with any shipping options (maybe there is only one), but it indicated that shipping to Canada would cost $64.58 (!!!) and that the parcel would have the following characteristics:
14 items. Estimated package weight: 13 lbs.
Will be listed on customs forms as dice/accessories
I have a hard time believing that 14 sets of 50 card sleeves would weigh 13 lbs. (!!!), and that it would cost $64.58 to ship to Canada (I've had recently had items shipped to me from the US through eBay that were far larger/heavier and did not cost nearly as much to ship).
Incidentally, the weight and shipping cost are the same as those listed when I added 2 FFG Star Wars X-Wing miniatures to my order (Millennium Falcon and A-Wing), which I have since removed from the cart (yet shipping still shows $64.58).
PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM JUST BRINGING THIS ISSUE TO YOUR ATTENTION SO THAT THE PAIZO TEAM IS AWARE OF IT -- I AM NOT UPSET, BUT I ALSO DO NOT WANT MY ORDER PROCESSED AT THIS TIME, AND WILL NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER FOR PROCESSING UNTIL I CAN BE SURE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED ACCURATELY.
Once the issue with shipping estimates, I may add/subtract items from the cart (again).

Just wanting to confirm whether someone in CS is looking into my previous post, above? I may end up ordering from elsewhere, if I don't get a response by the end of the week (saw that I could get shipping from another online gaming store in the US for much cheaper… but I would prefer to buy from Paizo).
I do realize that you folks seem to be extremely busy, judging by the posts in this forum.

Very sorry for the delay in following up on this! It looks like it was likely set to Priority shipping for the sleeves, though I cannot tell for sure at this time if that would have been the only option. For checking or changing shipping options, are you taking the following steps?:
From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
